Refund Policy

Effective date: July 16, 2026. These policy is a standard template adopted by TipFit and may be updated; material changes will be posted on this page.

Free trials

Every new TipFit Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. Cancel from your account settings or the link in your Paddle emails — it takes two clicks, no phone calls.

Subscriptions

Purchases made on tipfit.org carry a 14-day no-questions refund: email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full via Paddle. After 14 days, canceling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play (when our apps launch there) follow Apple's and Google's refund processes.

One-off training programs

Digital programs carry the same 14-day refund window, provided the program has not been substantially consumed.

Merchandise

Gear is printed on demand by Printful, so we can't accept buyer's-remorse returns on customized items — but any item that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted is replaced or refunded free: email a photo to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Wrong size? Contact us and we'll work it out case by case.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Paddle (our merchant of record) to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
